The best spot on the coast for chips and burgers, old school, great portions and with the love in every meal you just don't come across much these days. Love this place to bits! Lollies, Ice-cream, essentials and the best tuckerbox around! :)

I had heard of this place but had not been until tonight. My burger was just perfect, the crumbed cod was as good as you get anywhere and the chips were very good. Heading back tomorrow for a chocolate malt thickshake ( that's right they have malt) must be the only milkshake bar in QLD that has malt. Oh I forgot to mention the 80's fit out and the cleanliness of the place. It certainly is a cool spot well worth trying out.

The fish & chips here are PERFECT.
It's far enough away that it doesn't get all the tourism, but perfectly close enough for a stop in on the way to the beach. The staff are lovely. We were looking for a place close to Sea Life with good reviews, but I was not expecting it to be THIS good. The calamari was flawless. I'll be coming back here whenever I'm nearby!

I visited for the day and thought we would try the fish and chips. 6 kids and one adult. We ordered the family pack and an extra serve of calamari with gravy. Enough for us all, fresh and beautiful feed. The staff are so friendly. Will definitely be our go-to when we visit again. Finally, an affordable lunch for families $70 well spent. Thanks 😊
